Male or female toy poodle

People ask us this before they ask about the parents. The useful answer is the individual puppy, not the sex.

Males in this size are often a little more easygoing in the house. Females can be quicker to notice a change and quicker to guard a toy. Both bond hard. Both need the same grooming and the same potty clock.

If you already have a dog, tell us the sex and the age. We will not place a puppy on a photo preference if the house is a bad match. Selection is usually around 6 weeks.
