Services / AI and data

Sacramento, California

Custom AI software on the data you already run.

A model is useless until a person can check it against the source and sign the result. UrbanXI builds that path: the records, the review screen, the model, and the cloud and security under them.

Example review screen. The real fields are agreed before we start.
Review · one document · one decision

Source

The original passage stays on the screen. The reviewer does not hunt for it in another file.

Finding

A prepared note, still editable. It points back to the passage it came from.

Decision

Accept Edit Reject

The export uses accepted findings only.

What to do

Eight kinds of work. One operating path.

Data ready to use. A model inside a job someone already does. A first screen chosen because it pays. Controls so a person can sign the output. The platform under it, and the people who have to run it after we leave.

01

Operations

The system notices a change in the records and routes the next action. Predictive only where the history can support it. No separate dashboard that nobody opens.

02

Data services

Source, owner, access, and the holes. A model does not get a folder of mystery files. If the records cannot support the decision, that is the finding.

03

Generative AI

A draft, a comparison, or a finding tied to a passage. Used inside one function first. Your data stays in the context. A chat box is not the product.

04

Where it pays

We look at the hours and the cost of a wrong call, then pick one workflow. The next one waits until the first screen holds.

05

Controls

Who can open the source. What the model may write. Who accepts, edits, or rejects. Trust is that record, not a policy slide.

06

Past the first screen

A second workflow, another role, or another system of record. Scoped after the first acceptance check passes. Not a platform rename.

07

Where the data may live

Some records cannot leave the network. We say what runs locally and what may call an API before the build starts.

08

The people who run it

Operating notes, the access list, and a person on your side who can finish a review without us in the room.

How a job moves

Five steps. The source never leaves the screen.

  1. 01

    Source

The document, ticket, or record the person already reviews.

  2. 02

    Prepare

The model marks a finding and the passage it came from.

  3. 03

    Check

A person accepts, edits, or rejects it beside that passage.

  4. 04

    Decide

The call is stored with a name and a time.

  5. 05

    Export

The output uses accepted findings only.

Where teams start

Three jobs we see before a wider program.

Document against a checklist

A reviewer compares a supplier file, a contract, or a requirements list. The screen keeps the passage and the proposed miss together.

A draft from approved inputs

Pricing notes, a scope, or a job record become an editable draft. Nothing goes out until a person accepts the lines.

Duplicates and bad fields

The same customer, part, or ticket shows up twice. The screen shows the two records and the field that does not match.

What we will not pretend

We do not publish client logos, survey percentages, or a starter price that is not in a statement of work. If you need a named case study, we write one only with that client's permission.

First build

One workflow. Written down before we start.

One role. One input. One export. The reviewer can finish a sample you approve: check the evidence, correct the finding, and produce the output. Hosting, model charges, and the next workflow are not hiding inside that price.

Included

  • One user role and one review screen
  • One input format and one export
  • Acceptance check on samples you approve
  • Operating notes and handoff

Quoted separately

  • More workflows, roles, or a customer-facing product
  • Hosting, API usage, and model charges
  • Support after handoff
  • A security review past this workflow

One-time build. Final scope and price are written before work starts.

Partners

We build on the platform you already pay for.

These are working environments. If the system of record is one of these, say so on the first call and we scope the connection.

Careers

The seats are on their own page.

Eight open seats in data, applied AI, cloud, and security. A role is listed only when we are filling it.

How we work

The check is written before the screen.

  1. 01

    Name the job

Records, reviewer, and the decision that is late or wrong. If the data cannot support it, we stop.

  2. 02

    Write the acceptance check

A sample you approve. What a finished review looks like. What a miss looks like.

  3. 03

    Build the screen

Source, finding, and decision in one place. The model sits inside that screen.

  4. 04

    Hand it over

We run the sample. A miss means it is not done. You keep the notes and the access list.

Questions

Before the first call.

Is this a chatbot project?

No. A chat box is one way to ask a question. The job is the review: source, finding, decision, export.

Can the model stay on our network?

Yes, when the data cannot leave. We name what runs locally and what needs an API before we start.

Do you publish client names?

Not on this page. A case study goes up only if that client agrees in writing.

Is the first build a full product?

No. One role, one input, one output. A product, extra roles, and ongoing hosting are separate scopes.

Where are you?

Sacramento. The work runs across California, and remote when the system is remote.
